The Milimani law courts has suspended the 140 million shilling graft case against former murang'a governor Mwangi Wa Iria and nine others. This follows an order which was obtained by wa Iria's counsels Ndegwa Njiri, Wilfred Nyamu and Peter Wanyama pending the determination of a case filed at the Murang'a High Court challenging their prosecution.
