Garissa county commissioner Mohammed Mwabudzo has issued a strong warning to individuals involved in acts of lawlessness and criminality that they will face the full force of the law.. Mwabudzo called out parents that come rushing to the rescue of their children once caught instead of instilling discipline at the homestead level.
