The Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, The Arts, and Sports Ababu Namwamba has said that his ministry will strengthen institutions that are directly involved with nurturing and curating talent. Namwamba was speaking at the Kenya Cultural Centre where awarded the winners of the Talanta Hela Initiative logo design competition.
