The Government is closing in on major suppliers of marijuana in a bid to dismantle the distribution networks in the Country. Luanda area in Vihiga County has been identified as the most notorious grounds for the peddling of cannabis. During the Jukwaa La Usalama Security tour in Vihiga County, Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen said the use of drugs and illicit brews has been funneled by socio-cultural practices. He added that it was time for an all-society conversation to deal with the menace.
