Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission says it needs prosecutorial powers to win the war against graft. EACC further emphasizes that it should be consulted by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution before corruption cases are dropped from court. During the launch of the EACC annual report, EACC Chairman David Oginde also decried threats and intimidation, and interference of witnesses, which he termed as a hindrance to the fight against corruption.
