EACJ judge: The Supreme court of Kenya is supreme to EACJ
Justice Yohane Masara, the Principal Judge of the East African Court of Justice speaking when he officially launched two-day training for 40 young advocates organised by Centre for Public Interest Law (CEPIL), EACJ and Ford Foundation. The training is meant to equip the lawyers on good governance and promotion of rule of law in East Africa.
