In 2013, late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga was vying for the presidency, for a third time. The expectations among his supporters were high, considering his rival Uhuru Kenyatta was facing criminal charges at the ICC. One supporter who believed Raila would win was Nicolas Magina, he of the famous 'Evidence kwa Kalatas' meme. Citizen Digital caught up with Magina in Kisumu where he reminisced about the 2013 tense moments when Raila lost to Uhuru, and how he cried in the streets of Kondele, announcing that Nyanza is not in Kenya.
