Patrick Osoi, a former KDF officer who was arrested Tuesday, for allegedly forming a group with two former police officers, with the intention to fight police brutality and impunity, has been arraigned at Kahawa Law Courts. The prosecution has requested 14 days to detain Osoi, to enable them to complete investigations, with the suspect expected to face charges of preparing to commit a felony, possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a certificate, and offences related to terrorism recruitment and facilitation.
