__ 👉There are 4 instances in which the office of the President of Kenya can be declared vacant 👉 If he dies 👉 If he resigns 👉 If he is declared physically or mentally incapacitated 👉 If he is impeached 👉 If this happens, the Deputy President takes over as President until the end of the term 👉 If the DP's office is vacant, the Speaker of the National Assembly takes over as ACTING president as elections are expected to be held 60 days from the day the president's office is declared vacant. #TV47News
