Families demand justice after deaths in anti-fuel protests

    Several families of victims shot dead during Monday’s anti-fuel protests are now demanding accountability. The majority of these families insist that their kin were innocent bystanders who were not part of the protests. In Kakamega County, the family of Derrick Machanje, a student at Sigalagala Polytechnic, claim there were attempts to conceal his killing.
