Five cabinet secretaries will be making a comeback in the Ruto-led administration if parliament approves their nomination. The process of reconstituting the cabinet could see Kithure Kindiki, Aden Duale, Alice Wahome, Soipan Tuya, and Davis Chirchir make a comeback as cabinet secretaries and Rebecca Miano as attorney general
