Former Rongo MP dies in Nairobi aged 80

Former cabinet minister and Rongo Member of Parliament Dalmas Otieno passed on this morning at his home in Nairobi. The 80-year-old former legislator was found unresponsive and then pronounced by medics called to attend to him. Dalmas who was managing health complications, was remembered for his immense contribution to the nation, peace efforts, and mentorship of a generation of leaders.
