Nambale mp Geofrey Mulanya has decried the insufficient National Government Constituency Development fund NG-CDF to cater for bursaries and infrastructural development in schools. Speaking during the issuance of bursary cheques to needy students in his area, Mulanya said the high number of students seeking fees support was overwhelming yet the 130 million shillings that each constituency receives is inadequate to fund the same.
