The government has intensified a nationwide campaign to register more youth under the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement, NYOTA programme, a flagship initiative aimed at equipping young Kenyans with skills, start-up capital and work experience for self-reliance. Principal Secretaries led county-wide sensitization drives in Baringo, Kisumu,Homabay,Kericho, Isiolo, Uasin Gishu and Kajiado counties calling on youth to seize the opportunity before the registration window closes on the 12th of October.
