Grade two pupil defiled, murdered in Mbombo village, Nyandarua county

Police in Nyandarua are investigating the death of a minor who was allegedly defiled and later murdered Friday evening in Mbombo village in Oljororok constituency. Reports indicate that the grade two pupil was walking home from school when she went missing. Her disappearance prompted her parents, together with neighbors to launch a search. The search team discovered her lifeless body under a eucalyptus tree, not far from the diversion leading to her home.That story kicks off our bulletin tonight.
