Hass Petroleum Group Limited Chairman Abdinasir Ali Hassan has suffered a major setback after he lost a bid to secure a prime property located at Upper Hill area of Nairobi County that is valued at 1.2billion Kenya shillings. Delivering the ruling, a three-judge bench of the appellate Court led by Justices Wanjiru Karanja, Mumbi Ngugi and Aggrey Muchelule dismissed the petition with costs, stating that it did not meet the legal threshold required.
