Hollard International buys 20pc stake in Apollo Investments insurance group
South Africa's Hollard International has bought a 20 percent stake in Kenya's insurance group Apollo Investments Limited, marking the latest ownership change in the industry.
The investment will help Apollo strengthen it's operations in Tanzania and Uganda and seized opportunities in Ethiopia once regulations allow foreign investments.
