Hospitali ya Aga Khan pamoja na daktari mmoja imeagizwa kumfidia aliyekuwa mgonjwa katika hospitali hiyo shilingi milioni 157 kwa madai ya utepetevu. Katika uamuzi wake jaji Alexander Muteti alisema hospitali hiyo na daktari wake walitepetea katika utendakazi wao wakati wa kumfanyia upasuaji Naila Qureshi na kubadilisha maisha yake kwa kumtoa mfuko wa uzazi bila ridhaa yake. Muteti alisema malalamishi yaliyowasilishwa na Naila yalithibitishwa wakati wa kesi hiyo iliyochukua kipindi cha miaka 18. Ruth Wamboi anazamia taarifa kuhusiana na kesi hiyo iliyoanza mnamo mwaka 2007 na katika kipindi hicho imeshughulikiwa na jumla ya majaji kumi.
