Hundreds attend Naivas family fun day held in Nairobi

    Naivas supermarket today held a colourful event in Nairobi with its employees and their families and suppliers, as part of its ongoing celebrations to mark 35 years of business. From one shop in Nakuru to more than 110 stores nationwide, the retail chain says its growth has been driven by people and partnerships. During the event, naivas launched its ''books and dreams'' corporate social responsibility program, targeting the collection of 100, 000 books and stationery for underserved schools in all 47 counties. The programme is set to benefit more than 50,000 pupils. The retailer says the initiative reflects commitment to go beyond business, investing in education and shaping Kenya's future.
