Ahmed Tudun Wada is determined to fight poverty and street begging by empowering people with disabilities through his workshop that builds and repairs tricycles. In the city of Kano, north-west Nigeria, it is quite common to see people with disabilities and some able-bodied persons begging on the roadside. Ahmed provides vocational training, employment, and affordable mobility options, including handcycles.
