IEBC praised after registering 2.3 million new voters

Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo has praised the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission after it registered 2.3 million voters in the Enhanced Continuous Voter Registration exercise, achieving 92 per cent of its 2.5 million target.
