Tucked in a nondescript house in Nairobi, thousands of slides and undated photographs of Queen Elizabeth II trace back her visits to East Africa, from the time she was a princess up to the 1980s, all shot by celebrated photojournalist Mohamed Amin, who was made MBE before he died.
Today, his son Salim Amin manages the enormous private archive -- filled with photos which have never gone on public display.
