IPOA, Internal Affairs unit take over Othaya church attack probe

Anyone found culpable of orchestrating the attack on ack witima in othaya, will have to face the law. This is according to Central Regional Commissioner Joshua Nkanatha, who earlier today revealed that investigations into the Sunday attack are underway, led by the independent policing oversight authority.
