Officers from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission in Kisii County have arrested an imposter who fraudulently secured a job at the Teachers Service Commission using academic certificates belonging to another person. Isaiah Okombo Otieno alias Daudi Ochoi Magero was presented before an Anti-Corruption Court to face 7 counts of criminal offences which include fraudulently receiving salaries worth over 3.3 million shillings from the Teachers Service Commission as a P1 Teacher despite being unqualified to hold that position.
