Iteso Cultural Union urges the youth to embrace culture

PROMOTING CULTURAL HERITAGE The Iteso Cultural Union in Nambale Busia County has challenged youths across the country to embrace cultural diversity as a way of preserving their identity and values. Elders led by Iteso cultural Chairman Wilfred Wandera, noted that drifting away from culture has contributed to moral decay in the society. The elders are calling on parents to guide children in cultural values to help shape morals and strengthen traditions. They are also urging young people to respect the government of the day and abide by the Constitution.
