A record 1,714 individuals have applied for the 100 available vacant positions for magistrate positions advertised by the Judicial Service Commission. In a statement, JSC says that following the lapse of the application window on the 7th of July, they are embarking on the next phase of shortlisting and inviting applicants for interviews.
