Kalonzo Musyoka named Azimio coalition leader, Caroli Omondi new secretary general

Azimio coalition council chairperson and retired president Uhuru Kenyatta has chaired a meeting that has effected changes in the coalition leadership, replacing the late Raila Odinga with Kalonzo Musyoka as the new Azimio party leader. In the changes already communicated to the registrar of political parties, Raila Odinga's key ally Junet Mohamed was replaced with Suba North MP Karoli Omondi in a meeting that also resolved to have new parties join the coalition.
