Ahead of the Linda Mwananchi rally on Sunday, Homa Bay Town Member of Parliament Peter Kaluma declared that the “one-term” phrase is prohibited in Homa Bay County and warned those found uttering the phrase of dire consequences. Speaking in his native Luo tongue in a video clip that has gone viral, Kaluma further warned hotels within the town against hosting those in the “one-term” camp, threatening that those guests, together with the facilities, would be dealt with.
