Gachagua’s convoy attacked again in Nakuru

Tonight, we begin with yet another case of political intolerance. Democracy for Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua’s motorcade has once again come under attack in Nakuru County, with stones hurled at the convoy near Salgaa as it headed to another political rally. During his rallies, Gachagua also accused President William Ruto of targeting his predecessor, Uhuru Kenyatta, over claims that he is sponsoring the United Opposition. The former Deputy President further accused the President of stoking ethnic divisions and intimidating voters in Nakuru ahead of the 2027 General Election.
