Among them are the head of public service Felix Koskei, agriculture principal secretary Kipronoh Ronoh, his industry counterpart Juma Mukhwana as well as both KEBS and NCPB managing directors. Devesh says he is innocent and his vilification is unfair while lamenting being harassed by the mentioned individuals
