Kenya has finalized preparations for the Africa Forward Summit 2026 after the official handover of KICC to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ahead of the May 11–12 event in Nairobi. The summit will host over 30 African Heads of State and thousands of global delegates, investors, and policy leaders.
Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi said the summit aims to move Africa from dialogue to action, while officials confirmed Kenya’s readiness to host the high-level event. Key discussions will focus on green industrialisation, digital innovation, food systems, and the blue economy, with a Nairobi Declaration expected to guide Africa–France cooperation.
