Kenya Forest Service halts construction in Ngong Forest over integrity concerns

The Chief Conservator of the Kenya Forest Service (KFS), Alex Lemarkoko, has ordered an immediate halt to all ongoing construction activities within Ngong Forest. Lemarkoko emphasized that the decision aims to uphold the integrity and reputation of the agency, and is not a reaction to external pressure or disputes.
