The Kenya Women's National Kabaddi Team, current silver medalists at the Africa Women's Kabaddi Championship, is set to make its debut at the 2025 Women's Kabaddi World Cup. Originally scheduled for June 1st to 13th in India, the tournament has been postponed due to ongoing cross-border tensions between India and Pakistan.
In preparation for the rescheduled event, the team is training rigorously at Kasarani Stadium every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The Ministry of Sports, the International Kabaddi Federation and other partners will sponsor the team's trip to India once new dates are confirmed
