Environment Principal Secretary Festus Ngeno says a report from the National Drought Management Authority showed 5 million Kenyans were hit by drought in 2022, illustrating the severity of the effects of climate change.In a speech read on his behalf during the 3rd IGAD CLIMATE Meeting held in Nairobi,the PS said the country should unite in support of Kenya’s vision 2030 economic blueprint to a globally competitive and prosperous country with improved quality of life.
