Kericho governor pleads not guilty to the 3 grounds of impeachment

Kericho County Governor Eric Mutai has pleaded not guilty to the three grounds of impeachment brought against him to the Senate by the County Assembly of Kericho. Mutai is accused of gross violation of the Constitution, abuse of office and gross misconduct that includes leading mob to invade private land and designating it dumpsite against court order, intimidation, harassment and unfair dismissal of County staff.
