A manhunt is underway for a police constable accused of a gruesome double murder in Kitui County. Police Constable Benard Siambe is said to have fatally shot two women at Kanyonyoo Market in Yatta Kwa Vonza Ward on Sunday night. Sources say one of the victims, Joy Mutisya, was in a relationship with the officer and that the two had engaged in frequent public disputes.
