Kenya Medical Training College now says its students will be able to access Higher Education Loans Board loans starting the next financial year. KMTC Chief Executive Officer, Dr Kelly Oluoch, confirmed that the institution is also leveraging partnerships to continue offering special training programmes targeting learners from underserved regions, particularly in arid and semi-arid counties.
