Labour court bars Kiambu gov’t from sacking striking doctors

The Employment and Labour Relations court has granted conservatory orders stopping Kiambu County from dismissing Specialist Doctors who are members of KMPDU. Judge Hellen Wasilwa has also granted a temporary injunction stopping recruitment of new specialists Doctor by the county.
