Telco. Giant Safaricom has officially launched M-PESA Sokoni, as part of celebrations marking 18 years since the introduction of the M-PESA mobile money service. In partnership with Royal Media Services, the event aims to honour and celebrate M-PESA customers and small-to-medium-sized businesses across the country. The roadshow kicked off today in Mombasa county, with radio citizen presenters Vincent Ateya, Qtee, Munai, and DJ Flash leading the celebrations alongside Mombasa residents and traders.
