The government says plans for the final send-off of the late former Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha is on course. Speaking when he visited the family at late Magoha’s Lavington home in Nairobi Information, Communication and Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo said already various services pledged by the government have been set in motion ahead of the burial on Saturday the 11th of February.
