Mandera governor Aden Khalif is on the spot over the expenditure of KSh. 449m

The senate public accounts committee now wants Mandera county governor Aden khalif and his team to account for expenditure on seedlings, water tracking, relief food and cash transfers totalling to 449.1 million shillings. The committee put the governor to task over these expenditures as he appeared before it on the audit of his county’s finances
