Medical Association worried over patient data disclosures

The Kenya Medical Association is moving to court to challenge Kenya Revenue Authority's decision to introduce electronic tax invoice management systems in the health sector. KMA argues that the move by the taxman is in breach of the constitution and confidentiality since the information captured is likely to be exposed thus violating privacy.
