Tens of motorists plying Nairobi–Nakuru highway were stranded for hours last night following a massive traffic snarl-up near the Gilgil weighbridge. The traffic jam, which began on Thursday afternoon, worsened by Friday, forcing police officers to intervene as frustrations mounted. Among those caught in snarl-up was a group of mourners.Our reporter Aaron Marie with the details.
