Nairobi Coffee Exchange launches 2026–2030 strategic plan with farmer protections

The Nairobi Coffee Exchange has unveiled an ambitious five-year Strategic Plan aimed at transforming coffee trading in the country, as the government pledges to protect farmers from exploitation and boost their earnings. The plan seeks to modernise the Exchange, enhance transparency and position Kenyan coffee more competitively in global markets.
