The national assembly has established a joint ad-hoc committee on CDF to meet relevant stakeholders to unlock the CDF stalemate. The national assembly will have Ainabkoi MP Samuel Chepkonga as a co-chair of the 22 member ad-hoc committee that will have members from both houses. Rarieda MP Otiende Amolo, nominated MP John Mbadi, Narok Women Representative Rebecca Tonkei and Bungoma Women Representative Catherine Wambilianga are among members of the committee tasked with summoning relevant stakeholders to end the cdf row. Among those to appear before the committee are; Attorney General Justin Muturi and Treasury Cabinet Secretary Njuguna Ndungu. The committee has ninety days to conclude its assignment.
