The National Taxpayers Association (NTA ) has urged the government to redouble budgetary allocation for non- communicable diseases(NCD). NTA says the NCDs crisis in Kenya is due to chronic underfunding and policy gaps with the diseases responsible for more than four in every ten deaths in the country.
