The National Council for Persons with Disabilities has lauded the assent to the Persons with Disabilities Bill 2025 into law. Speaking earlier today acting executive director Ever Njoroge has termed the new act a game changer noting it will ensure disability mainstreaming in various sectors of the economy and enhance access to inclusive education, health services and assistive technologies. President William Ruto signed the persons with disabilities bill 2025 into law Thursday.
