NGOMENI–MJANAHERI ROAD PROJECT SET TO TRANSFORM MAGARINI ECONOMY

The construction of the 12-kilometre Ngomeni–Mjanaheri Road in Magarini Sub-County is expected to transform the region’s economy by improving transport, boosting trade, and opening up new investment opportunities. The KSh 560 million project is being implemented by the Coast Development Authority (CDA) with support from the Government of Kenya and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. The road is scheduled for completion by December this year.
