Residents of Nyora and Kabuto in Nyatike, Migori County, say they are yet to see adequate preparations by both the national and county governments despite the areas being flagged as flood-prone areas. This as Meru County Government says it is fully prepared for the anticipated El Niño rains, having intensified measures to safeguard residents and minimise the risk of flooding across the county.
