Oburu says ODM not targeting deputy president slot

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party Leader Oburu Oginga has indicated that the party will not demand the positions of President or Deputy President in its power-sharing talks with the United Democratic Alliance (UDA). While seeking endorsement from the Nyanza voting block ahead of pre-election negotiations, Oginga and President William Ruto emphasized that the discussions will focus on advancing the UDA–ODM Prosperity Agenda.
